Referral Program

We are pleased to introduce our Referral Program, designed to reward our valued users for recommending Kaito to their network. By participating in this program, you have the opportunity to receive rewards for both yourself and your friends!

Program Details

1. How to Refer a Friend: To refer a friend, share your personalized referral link with them that they can use to sign up! You can find this under the Account tab on the left hand side of the portal.

1. Referral Benefits for the Referrer (Existing user making the referral): Referrers can earn credits for referred friends who successfully sign up to Kaito, subject to eligibility conditions.

2. Rewards for the Referee (New subscriber being referred): The Referee will also earn credits upon their successful subscription, subject to eligibility conditions.

3. Detailed Terms and Conditions:

4.1 Eligibility

A referral is deemed successful when the Referee signs up for a Kaito subscription subject to the terms below:

The Referrer and the Referee must not be the same person.

The Referrer and the Referee cannot be affiliated with the same institution.

The Referrer must have an existing and active Kaito subscription to be eligible for the referral award.

The Referee should not possess an existing Kaito account and cannot have previously enrolled in a Kaito trial or subscription.

The Referee must not be affiliated with an institution that has members who possess an existing Kaito subscription and / or have previously enrolled in a Kaito subscription.

4.2 Rewards

Both Referrers and Referrees will earn credits for successful referrals, subject to eligibility conditions.

These credits can be spent on plan upgrades or extensions, depending on the tier of the user.

4.3 Usage

Users are explicitly forbidden from promoting their referral links through paid advertisements that involve branded keywords associated with Kaito.

Kaito reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, and/or terminate the referral program incentives or terms at any time, at Kaito's sole discretion.

1. Reward Earning Rates

Credit will be awarded to the Referrer based on the plan that the new user signs up to and the plan type of the Referring user.

Credit will be awarded to the Referee based on the plan that they subscribe to.

For example, if a Standard user successfully refers a new user to sign up to an annual Pro subscription, the Referrer (Standard user) will receive 400 credits. The Referee (new annual Pro user) will receive 200 credits.

1. Spending your Credits

This feature is currently under development - you will be able to spend your credits soon, ETA Q2 - watch this space!

Standard and Pro users can utilise credits to unlock plan upgrades.

Elite users may use their credits towards plan extensions.
